Negative experience: I phoned this company to see if they could help tracing assets for a potential lawsuit. The lady gave a strong impression that I was wasting her time, and referred me to a copy/pasted pre-written email rather than hear out my situation and provide some relevant advice on how they could assist. I guess they don't need my business.
