After a few back and forths, it came to pass that Conflict International, or any other private investigators, would be able to assist in the matter directly, however, for NO COST, they went to extreme lengths and spent hours of their time over 2 weeks guiding me on how I could attain this information from the government, providing me a full framework from one of their expert contacts, reviewing all my documents and forms I had submitted for release of this information on the matter, further advising, further advising, responding to my doubts, never was it to much, again for NO COST even when I tried to offer. Lo and be hold, I received the information I required, thanks to their expert advice and genuine care and compassion.
