Negative experience: I recently attended a festival and was extremely disappointed with the MONARCH security team. Their behaviour was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. First, the heavy-handed approach they employed was shocking. People were being subjected to strip searches without any valid reason, which is a gross violation of personal privacy and dignity. Such invasive searches should only be conducted under very serious circumstances, not indiscriminately as they were. Furthermore, the overall demeanour of the security staff was highly unprofessional. Instead of creating a safe and enjoyable environment, they made many festival-goers feel uncomfortable and harassed. There were numerous instances of aggressive behaviour and a lack of basic respect for attendees. Attending the festival should have been a fun and memorable experience, but the actions of the security team tarnished the event for many.

Negative experience: Some of the most appalling behaviour I have ever witnessed from event security at foxfest over the weekend. They were intimidating, violent, and aggressive. It was absolutely inexcusable and left myself and other people speechless. Security are supposed to make people feel safe and monarch security did exactly the opposite of that. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Recently worked with this company on a large D - Block Europe concert. From the start to end all staff were professional, approachable and delivered on all aspects required. I have worked with some large national firms and never been able to speak directly to the owner but it was made sure I had direct numbers to the director in my welcome pack. The attention to detail and paperwork made sure our event ran smoothly and we finished with no serious incidents. This has been reflected in the positive feedback from the local authorities. We will have no hesitation in enlisting the services of Monarch on any of our large outdoor events.

Fantastic experience: Recently used Monarch security for a late party at our café. The manager were very helpful and even saved us money when we thought we'd need more then 2 guards for the event but the management told us no more than two would be required which was very good of them, as most would probably have taken advantage of our lack of knowledge in this sector. The staff on the night were very polite and helpful they even helped us clear the tables at the end after seeing how hard us and the staff had worked on the night. We are grateful for everything from the company and if we ever require security again they'll definitely be our first call. Thank you guys

Highly trained and professional staff that carry out their jobs with the highest standard you would expect from a Security Company. Worked with Monarch from the beginning at Boxing Shows just after the pandemic and the rise and growth of the company is down to the hard work and professionalism of all the Staff to becoming one of the most trusted Security Companies out there. Monarch specialise in a number of different aspects of Security not just big events so they can help you with any Security requirements you have.

Fantastic experience: Monarch Security are very professional and friendly, most notably my experience with head of security Sean, who helped return some lost belongings to me which meant a lot and he also looked after me and made sure I had the best of care. I’m very grateful for his help and support that I recived and felt that he went above and beyond for me, which not a normal security person would do.

Negative experience: Not impressed with this security at most recent event at foxfest. Witnessing an event where a security member of monarch security using unnecessary violence towards innocent attendees and artists. Unnecessary strip searches. I found them incredibly unapproachable and intimidating after this. It is not a nice experience to feel unsafe around security.0 stars would not recommend.

Negative experience: An awful experience with Monarch Security. Worked with them in a professional capacity and found their conduct disgraceful. Their tactics were an outrage - disproportionate, heavy-handed, disrespectful. There is an investigation ongoing. It says a lot about the company when its employees do not understand the legality of their duties and responsibilities. I would strongly recommend not using them for event security. Your event will get a bad reputation for being associated with Monarch Security.

Negative experience: Negative experience with this company. Some members of their team ruined what was otherwise supposed to be an enjoyable event. I felt unsafe and intimidated in presence of security guards who seemed to believe they should take the law into their own hands.

Fantastic experience: We recently used Monarch to secure a film set for large Bollywood production. And are excited to be using them on a large stunt scene in Canary Whalf.
