Fantastic experience: I had to act very quickly to serve legal documents. PB Servers were the only firm I called because, from the second I spoke to Christine, I knew I would be dealt with quickly, as an individual, and I trusted them. Negative experience: I did pay PB Process Servers UK to serve court order. They tried once only and were unsuccessful. The debtor no longer lived at the address. I contacted Process server to attempt and deliver at new adress but they declined. Christine ignored 3 emails. Simon is very professional. Other Companies would try and serve court orders up to 3 attempts and different adrreess for an extra £5 .

Negative experience: Disappointed with the service received. Had paid for the same order to be served for the 3rd time and clearly stated I needed the service within 2 weeks but they took 30 days to unsuccessfully serve the documents. Now I am back to square one having paid their fee 3 times already!

Fantastic experience: Although PB Servers weren't able to actually serve my court papers due to debtor moving and refusing to divulge his new address they did manage to enter into dialogue with him. Anyway 2 weeks later, whilst waiting for new court dates and to start the process all over again, he paid up in full, after 6 years of waiting, so I'm convinced it was all down to them and the conversations they had over the phone.....truly!

Fantastic experience: I have used PB Process Servers on numerous occasions. Christine and Simon are always easy to talk to and provide a great service. I chose to use them in the first instance because they were based close to my office. When I moved to another location, I thought I could find another firm closer. To my dismay, the firms I found via the Internet were charging 4 times as much and they made one attempt only to serve the documents, where as PB Process Servers will attempt to serve your Order 3 times if necessary for the one fee. As paperwork can be emailed to them for printing and serving, location is not an issue. I can say without hesitation that they are reliable, friendly and get the job done for a very reasonable price. Fantastic experience: I engaged the services of PB Process Servers to serve an order to attend court form N39. Christine (who I dealt with on the phone) and Simon (the process server) were both extremely efficient and knew exactly what was required in terms of documents to be sent and process to follow. Having served the documents, I was contacted by Simon by email with an account of what happened when the document was served to the other party which was useful. The affadavit was provided in good time as required by the court and again followed up with an email. All in all an excellent experience, could not fault it at all hence the 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I found my self needing to get some court papers served and didn't realy know how to go about it. I found pb process servers on the Internet so went to see them ..the staff there where so friendly and explained everything in detail they would do for me .I found them a lot cheaper than other places I'd looked at which is always a bonus. I gave them the papers in the morning and they had served them by just after dinner the same day .can't thank them enough and would definitely recommend them .excellent service..
