Negative experience: If I could go be 0 stars I would have. Never in my life have I experienced such a rubbish service. Provided them with everything they needed and I got nowhere with my claim. They would never reply to my messages or answer my calls and seem very very dodgy. Please avoid them plenty of others you can go to and get things resolved quickly these guys are utter rubbish.

Fantastic experience: Went through my own insurance company until i was recommended Amic ltd, they directed my claim at third party,no excess, did not effect my own policy, and they got me a brilliant pay out for my car while i was in hire, Thank you Amic.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional company gave the company my car to repair and came back with more damage than it left and the paint work not up to standard tthe have taken my car three times and still the work has not been corrected when you try to call the company they never answer the phone and if they do the person dealing with my case is never there and never return my call I will been talking this company to a small claims court because my car not up to standard
