Negative experience: This company were asked to serve legal documents. They were unable to produce a correct statement which had to be drafted and forwarded to them. Against protocol they sent the statement directly to the client and forwarded a copy to us that was ripped despite the envelope being intact. A request for a duplicate statement was met with an aggressive and abusive response and to date they have failed to provide this. Totally unprofessional Further to the claims made by this customer if anyone wishes to contact Donovan & Associates we can provide proof of this companys unprofessional conduct. They claim to be a member of WAPI, yet they are not. They are not affiliated to any recognised body. Campbell Ashton state we are a ficticious company, our details are stated above and we can provide full details to anyone who is unsure of this company. They are trying to boost their ratings by posting ficticious reviews
