Negative experience: This company do not care they go back on there word keep wanting money contracts not honoured paid £544 in order to get my £5000 refund signed a contract now they tell me I need to pay another £650 the reason I wanted a refund is because they kept coming back to me wanting a payment and stating this is last payment but never was hence I stopped and asked for a refund they simply don't care think twice when approaching this company broken promises they say I don't comply with process I do iv done everything they have asked but enough is enough always changing things wanting more money they say now I don't comply with the process iv done all that was asked until now they are the ones who change things everytime wanting more money enough is enough. The ceo has just lied by saying its fixed that's how the company works shocking I have now been told I won't be getting a refund unless I pay £300 giving me a day to pay Since when do you pay for a refund latest on tracebackasset iv posted conversation between me and Vincent ceo cleary saying he was releasing my money but unfortunately he lied and told me its a misunderstanding cleary not and he also tried to place a court order on me think twice in using tracebackasset
