Fantastic experience: My job as a Compliance Manager for a Data Sensitive Company requires that I use a TopForm Vetting Company, a Company that is always on hand to direct me through the nuances of Security and Enhanced DBS. National Vetting Solutions UK is that Company with a very easy to use portal, a helpful staff and Data, Vetting knowledege that is essential to stay safe and legal. My vote of confidence.

I am sorry that you felt this way, unfortunately we have to screen to BS7858 standard on behalf of your employer, we dont write the standard of vetting, and if you have gaps in your employment the BSI standard requires us to collate documents and have a list to follow. Negative experience: This company is a Joke !!!. In 2023 this company is still running old school system. And the staff is very horrible. They try to trick you with their questions. They confuse you. And ask questions like they're FBI. Its like they don't want you to have this job. This is why so many companies are not dependent on this company for background checks and vetting...

Negative experience: Try and log in to there portal to send documents is harder than winning the lottery it simply does not exist it's ridiculously hard to find the address client portal is the only one and you can't log in to this sort it out nvs in this day and age one for clients one for customers it ain't hard

Negative experience: One of the worst vetting companies. They ask for the same information 100 times and replies u back in ages also then they complain that we are rude.

Negative experience: Terrible experience please avoid !!! I have followed the guidelines just to be told otherwise. This has happened on 3 occasion for one job. They want every detail of your life with unrealistic requests. The government will ask for less information then this company. Disappointed

Negative experience: Was vetted by this company only 2 weeks ago, email after email asking for more information, was told the paper work I sent for the bank was not sufficient, then told it was after I stormed into the bank a 2nd time blaming them for the error needless to say decided not to take a job with the security company who used them.Also I have to send a prepaid envelope for my own documents

Dependant on the screening we were completing for you, bank statements are are only requested in scenarios where you cannot provide other evidence of employment gaps, benefit claims etc. Our screening team contact you on a regular basis if we are awaiting documents or have not heard back from you due to a strict time frame to complete security screening. The quicker we can complete screening, the quicker you can start working.

Negative experience: Awful company. My company is using them for vetting purposes. I went from self employed to contract so had to do vetting once again. Barely signed the contract and already I have received 15 emails to do the vetting. One email is not enough? In addition when I did my first vetting as self employed they had trouble to understand that I had two jobs at same time some time ago so decided to fail my vetting. That was days before pandemic. My company decided to close office few days after so I was with no job for almost half a year. Thanks.

Negative experience: Poor company firm I work for asked me to send last 5 years work history which I did 11 weeks later keep getting harrased saying haven't sent it which this has happened to several people will be reporting this vetti g company to trading standards and to ico since it is obvious you lose people data
