Negative experience: My daughter received an unexpected e mail from this company stating they were investigating an rta she had, and on which she had been paid out. I e mailed the sender back, explained my daughter was a new driver and was distressed to have been involved in an accident and have her first car written off. I referred him to her written statement and advised she had nothing to add. I advised she was distressed by the contact and that no further contact was required. This was ignored and yesterday she was Harassed further by phone and e mail from the same member of staff. Total harassment of a young vulnerable girl, having been advised quite clearly what her position was. Very overbearing and unprofessional. I have complained to the managing director by e mail, replied to the sender of the e mail and I will be advising the insurance company of the way this company conducts its business, I speak as a retired DCI with 40 years service. Had my first response to them been acceded to there would have been no need for a complaint or this review. Let's see what action is taken following the complaint- none I expect
Negative experience: My previous insurer ( on of the worst I ve come across over the years) uses them to validate claims. Since police is useless these days I had to do my own investigation into the scam I was a victim of and when I tried to explain and give evidence to Maddie who’s one of the so called investigators for these cowboys, she then went back to the insurer and pretty much portrayed me as the fraudster in the case and give inaccurate information and statements. I be since sent her several emails to try and get a response, needless to say I ve been ignored. Will wait the mandatory 8 weeks for the complaint to be handled and then I ll go straight to the financial Ombudsman
Negative experience: Horrendous to deal with via Tesco car insurance, very poor service repeated same old form sent and will not accept legit notification from DVLA absolute nightmare, avoid at all costs
Negative experience: I have been waiting for around a month for an appointment date for my interview. I was told on multiple occasion I will get a call back and never did.
Negative experience: Just been harassed and lied to by Lisa, who tried to claim she was calling on behalf of my insurance company. When I called my insurer, they said they have no records of her, or this company on my file. Make sure and record any calls you have with them, and if you think it's fraud, forward all details to the relevant body (calls, texts and emails) as I have
Negative experience: Was passed to them as a third party dealing with Hastings direct, useless information and put phone down on me after putting me on hold|?
Negative experience: Lack of ability to use email on their part
Negative experience: The worst company. They imagine damage. The company should be closed
Negative experience: One of the staff members name Lisa who was taking a statement from me in relation to a car accident is alarmingly rude. Generally, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and not react to such individuals. However, when questioning me in relation to this I felt like I was being interrogated rather than supporting in dealing with the process in a calm and succinct manner. She also misstated the details of the claim that I supplied earlier and then accused me of giving an incorrect statement before also falsely accusing me of recording the call because of her service being down. Upon the completion of the call, when requesting a number for the complaints department, she said she would advise her manager about the complaint so that they will contact me later. However, she then sent me an email stating she had lodged the complaint herself and they would be in the office on Thursday. In accordance with company guidelines, i would be surprised if she hasn’t breached multiple complaints procedure rules in this regard. Don’t use this company for anything related to claims or investigations.

Negative experience: This company doesn't comply with regulations in investigation Protocol. Neither does it follow guidelines. They will and have broken the law to show their reputation is in take they don't care about people. Or their circumstances. Awful company stay clear .
