Negative experience: I have used the service for the first time. I made a biggest mistake by giving my card details as an initial deposit. At first they are very nice. Then started taking money without my consent and adding unnecessary pressure and it was very stressful and there service was not worth the money.

Negative experience: Hired these guys by reputation. Well that was wrong. I hired them to locate a student attending university and deliver a letter. So on a budget they were able to help me out. After they just gave up. They did a couple hours of surveillance and charged me over 4k. After 5 months they couldn't find her. Funny they sat outside one of the parents home to try and spot her. So they sat outside one of the house during a school day during school hours. Really? After 5 months all I got was 2 reports. No results and I'm out a boatload of money. Stay away unless you want to throw your money away. Sad very sad. I've been advised to put a complaint in to the British High Commission. You know the sad story about this. I tried to make contact with varies people and no one wants to talk. Take my money but can't even drop me a line. The bottom and last issue. I was trying to get in touch with a daughter I have never met. Just wanted an envelope hand delivered. That is all. But this company could not find a school girl living st her moms after almost 6 mths. Very very personal to me. They have shown they don't care. Terrible thing for something so important.
