Negative experience: The worst company ever. Came to my home without consent or notification the day of Diwali, totally inconsiderate. Writes the total wrong information keen to get you to sign what they want to hear. Plus have no respect for any disability you have, such a company should be closed down.

Negative experience: Unproffessional, rude, make you feel like you've done something wrong and you're being cross examined by a barrister in court.

Negative experience: Received an email Christmas Eve telling me i needed to contact them regarding a accident (which I hadn't had). I called them up and told them they had the wrong person and was told my details will be removed from thier database. Fast forward to today 21/1/20 and I have a man knock on my door asking to speak to me about this, he shows me ID but shows me his OYSTER CARD! I told him again that he has the wrong person as this accident happened 400 miles away in a vehicle I have never owned in a place I haven't been for many years. He was very rude and made me feel like I had done something wrong. Reading other reviews of the company now I'm not shocked by this but be cautious!

Negative experience: Absolutely a business that wants to undermine your claim. Call you a liar and bend over backwards not to resolve or help you when you unfortunately have to claim. I know now that their goal is to try and discourage customers continuing with their valid claims. This is a good business model for them but unfortunately out of pocket for the customer. I provided them with all the evidence including proof of purchase, proof of usage for my lost handset. Because the shop i purchased my handset is no longer trading, my claim was rejected. What a bunch of cowboys.

Negative experience: I am disabled and was involved in an accident. I am hard of hearing and agent insisted to take interview over phoned. I was not comfortable but he asked many questions. And write wrong information on the report.I was too much stressed and tearful due to additional mental pressure on me. I requested to edit information which was not true, agent agreed but did not corrected. RGi solutions was not positive for disability and did not make proper arrangments to make easy for me resulted extra mental pressure and provided false information to the insurance. I would urge people please be careful when they ask an interview. They are very tricky and not thoughtful for the person they are dealing. Please speak to them when any witness is near with you as they manipulate things which would cause you troubles!

Negative experience: OUR HOUSE GOT BROKEN INTO ON XMAS DAY WHILE, I WAS AWAY WITH MY 87 YEAR OLD MUM. MY 19 YEAR OLD SON WAS HOME. THEY STOLE THE MOTABILITY CAR WE HAD. MY SON CALLED THE POLICE AS THE BACK DOOR HAD BEEN BROKEN. THE POLICE HAVE DONE THERE INVESTIGATIONS BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE CASE WAS CLOSED. ( I SUPPOSE 100S OF THESE CASES HAPPEN ESPECIALLY XMAS) WE ARE CONSTANTLY GETTING LETTERS FROM RSI SOLUTIONS REQUESTING A N INTERVIEW FROM MY 87 YEAR OLD MUM AND MY 19 YEAR OLD SON. WHEN I HAVE ALREADY HAD A TELEPHONE INTERVIEW WITH THEM EXPLAINING WHAT HAPPENED. MY MUM IS PARTLY DEAF AND DOES NOT READ OR WRITE AND DOES NOT REALLY UNDERSTAND WHATS GOING ON! MY SON IS STILL TRAUMATIZED AND DOES NOT SLEEP WELL IN THE HOUSE, WHICH HAS RESULTED IN US GIVING UP OUR HOME. MY OTHER CHILDREN ARE ALSO TOO SCARED TO LIVE THERE. WE ARE THE VICTIMS HERE!

Fantastic experience: Excellent company to deal with, have had a relationship with this company for many years and cannot speak more highly of them.
