Negative experience: This company is unprofessional. The "agent" arrived to the public meeting late, with no identification, took a cash payment (could not provide a receipt) and then did not provide the service by the agreed date. Emails are ignored as are text messages. The landline is out of service and the mobile is invariably switched off. More seriously - this company does not have a registered office per se, just a virtual one set up by her Mother. The accounts of this company have not been filed and are overdue!! If you choose to pay upfront for any services you will have no comeback as the Director may have this company struck off for not filing accounts, as has happened with a previous company. If First Class Investigations gets struck off then your money is lost for good because they are absolved of any debts and liabilities.
