As a result of a detailed investigation I now have a comprehensive and detailed report into the criminal activity of senior officials and contractors at an NHS Clinical Commissioning Group. Documentation obtained from the NHS and others has revealed a clear conspiracy to defraud myself and my sister with evidence of consistent and persistent activity perpetrated by senior NHS staff and others acting in concert .This includes alteration, withholding and destruction of my mother’s health records, false accounting, fraudulent use of a protected health professional title and both forged and deliberately erased signatures and recommendations on documentation.
