Cotswold Private Investigations operate a team of ex-forces/police all of whom have been trained in surveillance and open source information gathering.
We pride ourselves on a professional service and a flexible approach to each individual client's needs.
Whilst predominantly centred around the Cotswold region, through our network of ex-forces veterans, we have the capability for nationwide coverage.

Fantastic experience: We hired CPI because we were having some pretty grim issues with a close neighbour of ours involving antisocial behaviour and noise harassment. They were professional yet approachable and always supportive. The agents involved used their own personal knowledge of the locality and helped us gather evidence that we crucially needed. I always felt that their approach was targeted and outcome-focused. The team have pledged to continue to be a support to us if and when called upon. Negative experience: Total jokers... you email them (twice now) and they justs ignore you, no reply after 4 days including I emailed again to chase them up. And i looked on the registar website for the data commissoner.. and they are not showing as being registered... so.. they are incompitent and illegal. great. second dodgy agency now i've come to contact. (added after company reply.... nope it is deffo you people... your email address and a guy called Mike... i am not mistaken... i sent you two emails in reply to the email you sent me and you ignored both of my emails.. still no reply a week on now nearly)

Many thanks for taking the time to write your review. As the owner of the company I have personally looked into your complaint and I have to say I cannot find ANY evidence whatsoever of any emails, phone calls or, indeed, any previous involvement with our company. Therefore I would respectfully suggest you may have mistaken us with another company. It wouldn't be the first time this has happened as we (i.e. our company name) share a close resemblance with another Cotswold based investigation firm which when you look at their reviews follow a similar thread to your review.
