Negative experience: A few months ago, I posted a negative review about my experience: I highlighted the poor customer service and lack of updates on my case. I was immediately called and threatened to put it down. they told me they would call the police because my review was false, etc. (very professional of them...) Despite that, I decided to give them a second chance. Unfortunately, they still failed. I asked them to help locate someone in two specific countries, and they assured me this person wasn’t in either. Later, I accidentally found the person I was searching for—she was in one of those countries all along. When I informed them, they promised to double-check, and would call back. I never heard back. This whole experience was a waste of my time and money.

Negative experience: Started off responsive, then got ignored and left unanswered when I expressed I had more data to give and concern with the lack of findings being off presenting inconclusive results. The 98.9% success they claim I assume puts me in the 1%. They were reactive, and defensive rather than responsive. Makes me upset because I put trust in something extremely vulnerable only to lose thousands of dollars on information I could have found myself

Negative experience: I’m not sure how this company is in business. They were hired to conduct research on a suspect and provided a report that a 4th grader could produce. ZERO information that wasn’t already known was provided. In fact, girls in their 20s were able to find more information that was outlined in the report within an hour than the company was able to find within weeks of work. Do not waste your time and hire elsewhere!
