Negative experience: I engaged this investigator with the expectation of receiving accurate and professional work, particularly around verifying employment history and providing clear supporting information. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Key issues: • From the outset, the investigator acknowledged that some details I requested might be challenging to obtain, but still gave me full assurance that they could guarantee results and asked for full payment upfront. • The report contained serious errors, including mismatching the subject with an entirely different individual. • When I raised these discrepancies, they were explained as “typos” or errors on LinkedIn, which I found unconvincing. • Assurances were given at the start (such as employment history and pictures being provided), but these were not delivered. • At one point, I was advised to “knock on the door myself,” which I felt was unprofessional and undermined the service I had paid for. On the positive side, the investigator was responsive, even during holiday, and did trace residential history accurately. However, the core deliverables I paid for were not provided to the standard promised. I have also noticed that other negative reviews have been dismissed as “fake” or justified on the basis of discounted fees. In my case, I paid in full, upfront, based on their assurances. If offering a discount meant providing incomplete or lower-quality work, then I would question the point of offering one at all. Customers should be able to expect accuracy and professionalism regardless of price. Overall, I did not receive the level of accuracy or professionalism I was assured, and I would not recommend this service to others.

Fantastic experience: I approached Global Investigations to find information which was outside UK. I thought this would be a problem, but they were on it straight away. They kept me informed, and knew exactly what to do. I've never asked for an investigation in to someone in my life but it was handled professionally and respectfully. I received a report with lots of detail and information that was a revelation to me. Thank you. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: After being badly let down by another PI on a commercial case (a stranger had been trying to damage my business) I approached Jack of Global Investigations. His service was quick and highly effective. With Jack's help the miscreant was quickly identified. I thoroughly recommend this company, additionally the support staff are super friendly and a delight to deal with. I hope I don't need a PI again but if I do, he will be the man I call. I tried everything to find them but even though it took them 4 months they finally got the job done. The Guy I was after was like a ghost, no records at all and it was a lot of back and forth, but they really came through for me.

Fantastic experience: I was needing an attorney and a man gave me his barristers identification card. The card was perfect, but his behavior was suspicious. I contacted Global Investigations because of their Internet presence. I had never used a private investigator before and didn't know what to expect. My only experience was the television and I was a little nervous. I was impressed that they responded so quickly and how reasonable the quote was. I hired them and within a week, I had a full written report. The "barrister" was a fraud. The report clearly described the steps they had taken and how they had made their conclusion. I was impressed by their comprehensiveness. Especially helpful was their no-nonsense recommendation, that I immediately terminate all contact with the imposter. It was money well-spent. If I ever need a private investigator again I would not hesitate to hire them.

Fantastic experience: GI carried out a surveillance service for me. Prior to the job Jack explained the process and was realistic about what can be achieved and how. They swiftly responded to unplanned changes while on the mission, adapting strategies and resources and did everything possible to achieve the goal. With a bit of luck, the material was obtained. Fantastic experience: My brother, who had not been in touch with his son for many years, passed away recently and I wanted to contact my nephew to let him know. Tried all the usual avenues - friends, social media, google, BT etc but no luck. I found Global Investigations purely by chance while searching for an investigation company and am so glad I did! The only information I could provide was my nephew's name, where he was born (which was over 40 years ago!) and his parents' names. I genuinely believed Global would not be able to trace him. How wrong I was! Within 10 working days they had traced him and I could not ask for a better service.
