Mr Stevens, The review you have left, as previously explained, is not associated with Insight Investigations or any employee of Insight. From our recall you rang this Company direct some weeks ago to make your complaint and spoke with our Tony Smith, outlining your complaint. Tony Spoke with you and advised that this was not originating from Insight Investigation (as you had referred to just Insight and your contact had been made via WhatsApp). Tony checked the number that your wife had received the messages on and it could not be discovered, being an unregistered Pay-As-You-Go phone. From Tony’s comments to our support team, was that, in his opinion, he was satisfied that he had reassured you that such messages did NOT originate from us but yet you leave this wholly incorrect review of this company. Whilst we do deal with clients via WhatsApp on occasion we would always have an email contact with them in the first instance in order that a matter can be initially discussed, as WhatsApp is not a safe medium on which to do business, due to its anonymity. Again, we reassure you that such wholly inappropriate behaviour has not originated from this company. Beverley Flynn - Director 03/09/2024 Further enquiries and investigations that we have conducted reveal that the person using the what's app number given in your complaint can be traced to a Jamal DeShaw, who is listed on LinkedIn, offering services in Luton, this person has no connection with Insight Investigations. and finding customers via BARK. Insight do not use the BARK platform. We therefore suggest that you contact BARK directly to report this person and have him removed from their network.
